Qualifications: • At least 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record. • Strong business background will ensure a solid understanding of our client’s corporate issues. • High level of professionalism (dress, mannerism, background). • Human Resources or Training and Development a plus. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Enthusiastic, a team player, and honest. • Attention to detail and good judgment. • Highly self-motivated and a self-starter. • Computer literacy. Responsibilities: • Actively pursue new corporate clients and manage existing accounts using a sales process that is relationship based, requiring both face-to-face interaction and extensive phone time. • Analyze client needs to determine appropriate training program(s) to sell. • Assist with program and staff coordination. • Cooperatively interact with management and program staff. • Work in a team-oriented environment, placing the client as #1 priority. • Maintain an accurate and detailed record keeping system and database. Conditions / Compensation: • Base salary + commission • Benefits negotiable • This is a full-time office-based position (predominantly local travel)
